Eric Holder is a Fast and Furious Racer, and a Liar

As reported by The Daily Caller, Attorney General Eric Holder is claiming that there are “racist motivations” from the growing number of people who are looking for him to step down due to Operation Fast and Furious, and the resulting murder of border patrol agent Brian Terry.

In a New York Times interview:

Holder said some unspecified faction — what he refers to as the “more extreme segment” — is driven to criticize both him and President Barack Obama due to the color of their skin. Holder did not appear to elaborate on who he considered to make up the “more extreme segment.”

“This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” Holder said, according to the Times. “Both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”

Brian Terry isn’t dead because Holder is black.  Terry is dead because Holder is an incompetent attorney general who green-lit a dangerous, ill-conceived program that allowed guns to be sold to non-citizens in the US, then didn’t track the guns to their final destination (thus the reason for the term “Gunwalker” when talking about Fast and Furious, as the Justice Department just let the guns “walk away.”)

More than a few months ago, I spoke of “Racers.”  Like a “birther” who is conspiratorial about Obama’s birthplace, like a “truther” who believes in the conspiracy about 9/11, a “Racer” is conspiratorial about race.  Anything you don’t like about a politicians platform, policies or political beliefs can be dismissed as racism by the Racer; it’s not that you don’t like Obamacare, it’s that you don’t like President Obama because he is black.

The racism charge from Holder is a true embarrassment, and you can add AG Holder to the long list of Racers.  His commentary that people are trying to get to Obama through him is shameful Racer rhetoric.  But racism and Racer rhetoric are nothing new for Holder.  It was Holder who called the nation a bunch of “cowards” on the conversation of race.  It was Holder who stopped the Justice Department from continuing with the New Black Panther’s case, where two members of the Black Panther Party were seen at a polling place in Philadelphia holding clubs and intimidating those coming to vote.  When questioned on that decision during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing, Holder stated: (emphasis mine)

When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia—which was inappropriate, certainly that…to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people

He meant black people.  The Attorney General was not, and is not, interested in what happened to all people, but only what happens or happened to “his” people.  He is not interested in what happened to Brian Terry.  He is not interested in the rule of law, nor admitting his own failures (and Fast and Furious is his failure, that killed Brian Terry!)  He is interested in charges of racism, in being a “Racer” and in promoting the sickening meme of race warfare in politics.

Perhaps Holder was right.  Race warfare is a way in which he is “identified” with Obama.
