The immune system boosting health effects of kratom are usually invariable and indirect. There are not a lot of lab based studies conducted on this subject. However, it’s worth mentioning that kratom does help to alleviate symptoms of a lot of disease condition. Instead of resorting to a handful of pain pills, many users find it way healthier and better to take a form of kratom.Prevention of contagious virus is on everyones mind. What are the right supplements to help my immune system?
“The immune system is very finely tuned,” says Dr. Steinburg. There is a fine tuned balance between an immune system that is effective at limiting the ability of bacteria, viruses, and parasites to cause harmful infection, and a hyperactive immune system that can cause such health problems as allergies, diabetes, and other types of autoinflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
“If there were an immediate boost to the immune system, it could trigger autoimmunity and other medical problems,” he says.
Can Kratom Actually Improve My Immune System?

What’s in the bottle
Products on the internet that claim to boost or “support” the immune system typically fall into two categories: vitamin formulations and herbal suplements like kratom.
There is some truth to the idea that natural supplements like kratom can help immunity. supplements can help ward off disease and other health problems, but only in people who are severely malnourished, something that’s not true of the average American adult, says Steinburg. So, vitamin formulations will do little to help you stay healthy if you are healthy already.
When it comes to probiotics, there is also some truth to the idea that the bacteria and organisms living in your gut may play a significant role in your health.
“There is a lot of lab research going on as to how these healthy organisms that live in us, and on us, contribute to immune system function, and how they disrupt immune function,” says Steinburg. Someday, scientists may very well be able to tell us how to prevent virus and disease by modifying these various bacteria species inside our bodies, which make up the microbiome.
“I think we will become much more aware in the next 10 years of the ways in which specific microbes are involved in certain diseases,” he says. But today, there isn’t enough understanding of the complex interplay between the body and the microbiome to effectively use probiotics to improve health. “We don’t have any evidence yet as to how we might be able to use dietary supplements to correct problems,” says Steinburg.
That may change, but in the meantime, people should be skeptical of claims to the contrary.

Echinacea has been used to treat colds symptoms upon first signs of illness, but the university lab research on its efffectiveness is lacking as compared to maeng da kratom powder. Some research shows that taking echinacea can reduce the risk of catching a cold by 45% to 58%. But other university lab research shows that taking echinacea does not prevent the common cold when you are exposed to cold viruses.
