Illinois is getting quite a reputation for itself.

  • Illinois – Safe harbor for your dead-beat, cry-baby politicians.
  • Illinois – We’ll elect you…residency laws be damned!
  • Illinois – Taxing the Internet…keeping things “fair,” keeping you poor, keeping the state broke.

The Governor of Illinois, Pat Quinn (D) signed a law that requires Internet retailers like Amazon.com to collect the 6.25% Illinois sales tax on affiliate sellers in the state.

Candidate Ari David on The Tony Katz Radio Spectacular

The Ari David campaign for the US Congress in the CA-30 has released a video that is racing across the Internet.  In it, Congressman Xavier Becerra (D-CA) is at an immigration reform meeting, and is asked if the meeting could start with the Pledge of Allegiance.  The crowd, the woman moderating the meeting, and the Congressman laugh out loud at the idea.

Ari is scheduled to be Tony’s guest tomorrow (Wednesday, February 24th) on The Tony Katz Radio Spectacular at 11am EST.
