Obama Is Making The Case For His Own Impeachment
The President’s latest tactic, taking on the Supreme Court’s power of judicial review with a preemptive striking against justices who might contemplate an unfavorable ruling on ObamaCare, following on the heels of last week’s “open mic gaffe” in which he explained Russian President Dimitri Medvedev that he’d have more “flexibility” to sacrifice American security after his re-election, lead to one question: Is Barack Obama making his own case for impeachment?
Obama is no longer fit for the job. I don’t say this lightly. I don’t say it with glee or joy. And I don’t say it with malice. But rather with recognition that the Office of the President must be protected. And the citizens of the United States must protect themselves from a president who is either incapable or unwilling to fulfill his responsibilities to the American people and respect the Constitutionally proscribed limitations on his powers.
Obama’s pronouncement about the Supreme Court was so disingenuous and divisive as alone to warrant impeachment proceedings. Obama, a one-time senior lecturer in constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School, told a group of reporters at a Rose Garden news conference that since the Affordable Care Act was passed by a “strong majority,” a finding of unconstitutionality would constitute “judicial activism.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Judicial activism is when judges exceed their appropriate powers and legislate from the bench. Judicial review, in contrast, is one of the Supreme Court’s primary functions.
As Leon Wolf of RedState asks, has the professor never heard of Marbury vs. Madison (the 1803 case affirming the Court’s right of judicial review)? Further, if Obama believes the Court has no right to review – - and invalidate if necessary – - a law, so long as it was duly passed by Congress, what does he believe IS the Court’s role? What exactly did he teach his students at the University of Chicago?
On the international stage, Obama stunned US citizens and allies with his thinly veiled promise to Medvedev that he would put the missile shield – - a key component of our defense strategy – on the back burner after he’s re-elected, said with disdain for Americans. This stunning statement is worthy of a conversation about treason. A conversation that should take place in front of Chief Justice John Roberts.
Obama was undaunted by the fact the mic was open, and every disgusting word was caught on tape. Since then, he has twice joked about the conversation and the open mic. TWICE! Once, though completely improper, could have been dismissed as self-deprecating humor; trying to make the best out of a bad situation (it would not have worked, but it could have been dismissed.) Twice means not only does Obama not think it’s a big deal, but no one around him thinks it’s a big deal. How is that not dangerous?
Obama sees himself as above the law, and sees the Law as a detriment to his “moral” goals. As Ben Shapiro (also a Harvard educated lawyer) pointed out:
President Obama has made it his mission to wield the club against the other two branches of government in a manner unprecedented in American history. Yesterday, Obama, rejecting the heart of judicial review for purposes of his own power, stated, “I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.” That, of course, is precisely what the Supreme Court does on a daily basis….But for Obama, the Supreme Court is an obstacle to his own power.
President Obama is actively engaging in a pre-meditated attack on the United States Constitution, and the American way of life. His words are not missteps, like 57 states or the insulting inability to properly pronounce the word corpsman. Obama is attempting to plant the seed into the already vitriolic and boisterous Progressives that the problem with America is the thing that makes America great – the rule of law that does not allow government to rule us.
Nothing has changed. In fact, with this latest round of assaults on the Court, they have gotten worse. Add to this Obama’s unconstitutional recess appointments. How long until we say aloud – The Nation Is Under Attack From Within?
Citizens of Illinois! Boycott Rush…Bobby Rush
In a display of racial division solely meant to endear himself to the most radical elements in American society, Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) donned a hooded sweatshirt (known as a hoodie) and a pair of sunglasses, in a direct violation of House Rules, and then proceded to read bible verses on the floor of the US House of Representatives. From the House, he should be reprimanded. From Illinois, he should be boycotted.
Rep. Rush wore the hoodie as a type of solidarity with Trayvon Martin, a young black man who was shot and killed last month in Florida. The case has made international news, with the Left doing everything it can to make this about race, including calling the shooter, George Zimmerman, a “White Hispanic.”
The boycott is a time-honored tradition. You don’t like the actions of a company, you stop purchasing their goods. For many years, I boycotted Wal-Mart. When I realized that I was wrong about many of their practices, and fully began to understand what they provide for their neighborhoods (jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs) I stopped. I see little wrong with organizing protests of companies or services that engage in what one might consider questionable practices. The company has no legal obligation to change, but they may see boycotts as an opportunity to alter course for the betterment of the company.
The company may also see boycotts as an opportunity to find their testicular fortitude, also for the betterment of the company.
The “boycotts” against Rush Limbaugh, and his radio show, are not boycotts of tradition. They are not boycotts against a company or service. They are an organized attempt of the Progressive Left to silence opposition. If a plan to boycott a person (yes, a Person!) has been in an office drawer for over two years, it is not a boycott. It is bullying from well-funded thugs and mercenaries. In the case of Limbaugh, well-funded by George Soros and implemented by the mercenaries at Media Matters for America. (You can also call them Soldiers For Soros…feel free to use it, just quote the source, please!)
Elected officials are different than private citizens, even if they exist in the public eye as much as Limbaugh does (opening him up to scrutiny, which is perfectly fine.) While the rest of America can only watch in horror and disbelief at how Rep. Rush furthers the racial division sought by President Obama (like they watch with horror as film director Spike Lee tweets the address of Zimmerman, hoping (?) for a violent act to be perpetrated on him. When it is learned that Lee tweeted out the wrong address, severely affecting the lives of the couple that lived in the house – both in their 70′s, and to the point where they had to go to a hotel! – he doesn’t apologize gets sued and then apologizes,) the citizens of Illinois, specifically the citizens of the First District, can do something about it. They can boycott Rep. Rush.
On the floor of the House, donning his hoodie, Rep. Rush did not do the work of the people in his district, he did the work of his racially charged cronies. While his district may be predominately black (65% of registered voters are black,) it would be “racist, straight up!” (thanks, Jeaneane!) to assume that his entire district agrees with him because a preponderance of voters share a skin color. That’s as “racist, straight up!” as a President creating a website pushing for people to vote for him solely based on skin color…oh…ummmm….
The people of the First District sent Rush to Congress to represent them, not his racist ideology. While he was performing his one-man Kabuki, who was working on gas prices for his constituents? Who was working on the economy? Who was advocating for them? Not Rep. Rush. Unemployment in his district is 13.9% Chicago, partially covered by Rush’s district, has the highest murder rate in the country, nearly double that of New York. Yet, he says nothing of those who die in his own district. Like them, Trayvon Martin means nothing to him. He is like the Soldiers of Soros; in this case, a racial mercenary sent on assignment when the need arose. To divide, and to destroy. He is not far from his roots as a founder of the Black Panthers.
Boycott Rep. Bobby Rush the only way you can. Don’t vote for him in November.
Obamacare Exposes Left On Left Violence
Obamacare’s run through the Supreme Court has been a disaster. It has been described as a “train wreck.” Justice Antonin Scalia asked if it means that the Federal Government can order people to eat broccoli. Even super-sacred-cow-swing-vote Justice Anthony Kennedy admitted that this “fundamentally” transforms the relationship between the citizens and the government. However, the story not told is the Lie told by Leftist Leaders to unsuspecting Rank and File Leftists. It’s Left on Left crime, and it is just awful.
When Obamacare was passed in a hail of gunfire, under serious time constraints and without any possibility of sufficient review…..wait, that’s not how it happened. That’s just how the Left made America feel about it. The Affordable Care Act (it’s official title, like “BFD” Joe’s official title is Mr. Vice-President) was the most important piece of legislation ever enacted by man. Over 2000 pages, Obamacare was the attempt of Progressives to move America more towards European Socialism, with the end hope being a full-on Statist regime….if not hope, then just the inevitable end result.
To move this unseemly proposition forward, Leftist Leaders represented by Rep. Nancy Pelosi, and Sen. Harry Reid had to introduce an individual mandate – All Patriotic Americans Must Purchase Health Insurance Or Pay A Fine! Then, Leftists Leaders had to do something else – lie to Rank and File Leftists.
The job of the Leftist Leaders was to mislead and manipulate the Leftist Rank And File (LRAF); get them to take to social media and blogs and tv shows and radio shows not only to tout the pure, raw genius of President Obama and Obamacare, but to viciously attack (through race and class warfare) those who oppose Obamacare.
The calls of “racism” were heard around the land. Opposition to Obamacare meant you hated black people, poor people, women, puppies; it meant you didn’t cry while watching Field of Dreams, you think Snooki makes some good points and that Simon Cowell should wear shirts that are “tighter and whiter.”
Eventually, 26 states found the backbone to challenge Obamacare and bring it to the Supreme Court. And there, the LRAF found themselves stunned. In just three days, in only six hours of arguments from Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, Obamacare was exposed for what it always was: an unconstitutional power grab against the citizens of the United States.
Two years of campaigning for it, two years of vitriolic hate speech, two years of eating up everything Leftist Leaders Pelosi and Reid sold them (with support selling from Schumer, Frank, Levin, Franken, Wasserman-Schultz and the entire MSNBC line up,) two years of being blind, all ended with a simple question from Justice Kennedy:
Can you create commerce in order to regulate it?
The lie is exposed. Not Obamacare, but that Leftists care about people. They don’t.
The Leftist Leaders proved that they can get their followers to do anything, say anything, blindly and unquestioning. What could be more violent than this? Does it need to involve fists or guns in order to be a horrific sight? The LRAF were used as pawns to try to intimidate the American people into accepting this egregious, unconstitutional law; a far reaching, soul thrashing, European Socialist agenda.
Other Leftist Leaders, including James Carville, care nothing for the LRAF, stating that losing in the SCOTUS is a good thing….”the best thing.” No Obamacare is a great thing? The LRAF has been victimized!
Soon, the conversation from the Leftist Leaders will be about why Obamacare didn’t work (see, racist Tea Party..or racist Republicans….or, just something racist) and why this proves that what America needs is Single-Payer Healthcare. Many of the LRAF will continue to engage this abusive relationship, relishing their Stockholm Syndrome-esqe state of being. We must help them.
Leftist RAF – Save yourselves! We, the Free and Thinking people of America recognize your plight. Left on Left violence is a horrible problem that must be addressed! Do not hide in the shadows! Do not be ashamed! Do not let Harry Reid hurt you anymore. Do not let Nancy Pelosi tell you what you must do for your own good. Stand up and say to your Leftist Leaders “No More!”

Lovie Smith and Michael Strahan Disagree About African-Americans For Obama
Recently, President Obama launched African-Americans for Obama, bringing high profile to his identity-politics presidential campaign. The purpose of the organization is to tell black Americans that their job is to vote for Obama because, well, he’s black, too. No need to look at job performance, the economy, or broken promises.
Recently, Chicago Bears Head Coach Lovie Smith added his voice to the organization. In his video for AAFO, he states:
I have the President’s back. And its left up to us, as African-Americans, to show that we have his back also. Join African-Americans for President Obama today.
However, back in 2009, a group celebrities got together to pledge their undying love (and service) to President Obama. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher led the charge on the “I, Pledge” video, and were helped along by Courtney Cox, Anthony Kiedis, Eva Longoria and Cameron Diaz, among others. One of those who participated was former New York Giant and now FOX Sports commentator Michael Strahan. However, his message was quite the opposite of Smith’s, and not in line with African-Americans for Obama: (plays at 1:05)

I’m with Strahan. The hyphenation of America leads to our downfall. We have seen this in our schools, where students battled over the wearing of American flag t-shirts on Cinco de Mayo. The Mexican-American students said they would never wear Mexican flag t-shirts on Independence Day. They didn’t see themselves as American (Independence Day is their holiday, too!) The hyphen got in the way.
In 2009, President Obama and his supporters were (allegedly) talking about bringing people together. In 2012, President Obama and his supporters have thrown away all pretenses, and are actively engaging in race and class warfare. What causes that kind of switch? Perhaps the recognition that your re-election chances are slim to none.

The Breitbart organization stayed true to Andrew’s words and has begun the process of “vetting” President Obama, including releasing a video of Obama as a college student at Harvard introducing with high praise a radical professor. The Left has immediately denounced the video as racist, and the editors of Breitbart.com as “clowns.” Tony is asking; Why is the Left so intellectually uncurious?:
Vetting Obama: Leftists Take Steps To Prevent You From Learning Anything
In partial fulfillment of Andrew Breitbart’s promise to “vet” the President this time, the Breitbart.com team posted a video of President Barack Obama as a law student at Harvard. It also ran on Hannity tonight. The video shows the young Obama asking his fellow law students to “Open up your hearts and your minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”
Professor Derrick Bell, the object of young Obama’s adoration, was an associate of Reverend Jeremiah Wright and a committed radical. Bell was a proponent of Critical Race Theory, which views virtually all relationships through a lens of perceived race-based oppression.
As Ben Shapiro wrote on Breitbart.com about Bell:
“This is a close associate of Jeremiah Wright, a man who was quoted by Jeremiah Wright regularly. This is a man who posited that the civil rights movement was too moderate because it accepted the status quo, and believed that the entire legal and constitutional system had to be transformed in radical fashion. This is a man so extreme that, as we’ve reported, he wrote a story in 1993 in which he posited that white Americans would sell black Americans into slavery to aliens to relieve the national debt, and that Jews would go along with it.”
(That story became a video, complete with former President Ronald Reagan as the slave trading alien.)
An edited version of the video – minus the section in which Obama heaps praise on Professor Bell – was posted earlier on the BuzzFeed.com. Leftists and Obama apologists dismissed the video as inconsequential and racist. Eric Boehlert of Media Matters for America tweeted:
Boehlert can’t argue with the video’s content; after all, it documents actual events. Instead, he resorts to the standard Alinsky tactic of ridiculing the messenger. He doesn’t begin to address whether Obama’s association with Bell should have been revealed before the 2008 election.
Shapiro reports what Harvard Law Professor Charles Ogletree, a close associate to the Obama campaign, had to say about hiding the tape during the 2008 campaign: “We hid this throughout the 2008 campaign. I don’t care if they find it now.”
Isn’t watchdog Boehlert curious about why a tape would be hidden by the campaign? Exactly what does interest a Senior Fellow at Media Matters for America?
The liberal website HyperVocal.com couldn’t wait to recycle the Racer script. Slade Shomer, whose column is predictably entitled ‘What’s the Right-Wing End Game of This ‘Racist Obama’ College Days Video?’ lacks even the slightest curiosity about Obama’s association with Bell and why the ’08 Obama campaign wanted it hidden. Instead, keeping with true intellectually dishonest tradition, Shomer plays the race card: (emphasis mine)
While everyone fights this out in partisan terms via Twitter and their websites, we’ll instead ask a more pragmatic question: What is the end game here? Let’s even say there’s more footage that shows Obama standing there in a shirt that reads “Kill Whitey.” Let’s say he professes his deep hatred of Caucasians and says Jeremiah Wright didn’t go far enough. What then? Hasn’t this man been President of the United States for more than three years and white people as we know them are still hangin’ around?
What was Breitbart, and now (editor-in-chief Joel) Pollak and Shapiro, trying to prove exactly? How does digging up 20-year-old video change anything? There’s only one goal here, and that’s to stoke white fear. It’s almost as if the people promoting a “damning” video and the people who want to believe it most are legitimately scared that a racist, classist Barack H. Obama will wipe white people off the map … in his second term.
Certainly we all acknowledge that class warfare is a major component of Obama’s re-election campaign strategy. It’s not scary, just dishonest and destructive. But how does the release of this video stoke white fear? The assertion is as ludicrous as it is ignorant (assuming Mr. Shomer actually believes his bizarre allegations).
Try as they might, the video is out and the conversation is being had. Just exactly what do we know about President Obama? Does this video change our minds about him leading up to Election Day? If there is one video, are there others? Who is Derrick Bell, and what do we know about him?
These are just some of the legitimate questions that Eric Boehlert and Shomer, and their fellow Leftists and Apologists, will never ask, and would prefer you didn’t either.
