Back in LA, Tony brings his perspective to the 2012 race, including stories from Iowa and behind the scenes reporting from the Iowa Straw Poll. Fellow PJTV host Stephen Kruiser joins him to handicap the 2012 race.
Tony Katz, host of The Conversation with Tony Katz on PJTV, sat down with Hot Air‘s Ed Morrissey, Newsbusters‘ Noel Sheppard and comic/blogger Stephen Kruiser to discuss President Obama’s press conference on the debt and deficits.

In a world of political correctness, where shaming and shunning often prevent grown men and women with minds of their own from having real conversations, many often get shocked when someone speaks so far against the PC grain.
As it is with Rep. Peter King, Republican of New York, who, as Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, has called a meeting later this week to discuss the radicalization of Muslim youth in America.
Here’s how Congressman King explained the hearings. The idea of this meeting of the Committee has raised the ire of many Muslims and others, and inspired a rally this past weekend in Times Square in New York City to condemn the meeting.
Rep. Andre Carson of Indiana, himself a Muslim, said:
[box]“(T)o the Peter Kings of the world: We will not take your xenophobic behavior”[/box]
Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota, the first Muslim ever elected to Congress, stated:
[box]“To say we’re going to investigate a religious minority, and a particular one, I think is the wrong course of action to take. I don’t want them to be able to stand up and claim, you know, see, we told you, America is at war with Islam. That’s one of their main recruiting arguments.”[/box]
It’s certainly true that America has, should have, and should fight to preserve the freedom of religion. But with recent history of Maj. Hassan (The Fort Hood Killer) and Faisal Shahzad (the Times Square Wannabe Bomber) isn’t there something to look to regarding home grown radicalism?
The thwarted bombing of synagogues in Chicago, had bombs that originated in Yemen. That bombing was helped along by Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a 39 year old radical who was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico. al Awlaki inspried both Hassan in Fort Hood, and Shahzad in Times Square.
So The Conversation Is: Should we investigate? What will it tell us, and what will it matter if the Main Stream Media is too PC to cover it?

Moore Communists
Have you ever thought that the entire world was conspiring against you? Not trying to kill you, but conspiring, like getting you to believe that Michelle Obama is beautiful because of how nice her arms look?
Well, I now believe they are, because I heard the rantings of Michael Moore. Mike was up in Wisconsin the other day, backing the unions and placating his base. (You see, he needs them to keep getting all that cash, because who else is going to see his movies?)
At a recent interview, Mike touched on money…and who it belongs to. Yes. Michael Moore believes that money is a natural resource. As opposed to actual natural resources, like oil and shale, that Moore opposes using. But Mike is not alone in this psychotic break of exposed Communist hacks who are like millipedes in the sunlight. Here is a protester who questions whether or not your money is yours:
OK…Once is weird. Twice is unusual. Three times…if I hear Commie-babble three times, then I know something is up. Our friend Christian Hartsock spoke with this guy, who openly advocates for ISO – The International Socialist Organization – about his working experience at a place called “Noodles.” (You can watch the whole video, but this guy’s best nonsense starts at 3:38 into the video.)

approve of their boycott of the State of Arizona.
Rally/Press Conference at Los Angeles City Hall
Join us Tuesday morning May 25th, at 8:45am on the south lawn of the LA City Hall. We will have a rally/press conference to let the LA City Council that there are citizens of Los Angeles who do not approve the boycott of Arizona.
The State of Arizona has been severely impacted by the effect of illegal immigrants entering their state. Crime, including violent crime and murders, has increased substantially committed by illegal immigrants. The fiscal impact on the budget of the State of Arizona by illegal immigrants has been devastating.
There is a federal law that is almost the identical language to the Arizona law. The feds have not enforced the law. In addition, the U.S. Constitution, says the following:
Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
Not only that, but there is a California Law that is almost identical to the Arizona Law.

Since the Feds are not doing the job they are supposed to do in Arizona, that state is perfectly justified in taking matters in its own hands.
The City of Los Angeles has turned out to be a sanctuary city where illegal immigrants are free to enter, to live, to use our social services and will never be challenged. Our Los Angeles City Council is supportive of not enforcing immigration laws.
We think it is inappropriate and did not make economic sense for the City Council to boycott Arizona. We also think that the City Council (with the exception of Greig Smith who voted against the boycott) took the position they did to pander to Latino voters rather than an issue of right or wrong.
Join us at 8:45am on Tuesday, May 25th on the south lawn of City Hall. We want to keep this rally focused on the issue of the boycott of Arizona. Do not bring signs related to any other issue. We also have to stay on the lawn and not block traffic. Do not stand in the street.
