Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) is now saying that he wanted a deal, but the GOP wouldn’t give him one. That may be true, but it doesn’t excuse the fraud and tax evasion that Rep. Rangel is guilt of.

NOTE – I say in the video that Al Capone was guilty of tax fraud….make that tax evasion.  However, we’ll soon find out everything that Rangel is guilty of.
